At Buy CBD Flower, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may be eligible for a refund or return under the terms outlined below.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to inform us if you wish to request a return. After notifying us, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original, sealed packaging, and not damaged

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved:

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for any item over £50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & DUTIES
For international orders:
